SAP Concur has updated the TSA section of the traveler profile to be more gender inclusive. The University has been encouraging Concur for this update since 2018 and is pleased this is now available to University travelers.
The new update can be found under the TSA Secure Flight section of the Concur profile settings. Under Gender there is a drop down to now include Unspecified (X) and Undisclosed (U) along with the previously available fields of Male (M) and Female (F). Please note, travelers must select the gender in their TSA Secure Flight profile information as listed on their government issued photo ID.
As a reminder, your Concur profile can be updated at any time. After making any changes to your profile, be sure to select the “save” button to lock in your changes.
