Effective as of January 1, 2025, MilliporeSigma is consolidating two legacy punchouts available in the PantherExpress System (EMD Millipore and Sigma-Aldrich) into one MilliporeSigma punchout. They are also sunsetting the emdmillipore.com website. MilliporeSigma is a University-wide Contracted Supplier that provides a variety of scientific supplies.
This means:
- EMD Millipore and Sigma-Aldrich will remain as two separate supplier entities. This message is to alert you to the merging of website information, punchout tiles and related ecommerce technology.
- One consolidated MilliporeSigma punchout (tile shown below) will replace the two legacy EMD Millipore and Sigma-Aldrich punchouts and their corresponding tiles (shown below) in the PantherExpress System. All orders as of January 1, 2025 will need to be placed through the consolidated Millipore Sigma punchout in the PantherExpress System using the corresponding tile.
- We encourage you to search for product(s) on the one consolidated punchout for MilliporeSigma in the PantherExpress System. If your product of choice does not exist on the MilliporeSigma punchout, you will need obtain a quote from the MilliporeSigma account manager listed on the supplier page and attach it to an EMD Millipore non-catalog order in the PantherExpress System.
- EMD Millipore will remain an active supplier in the PantherExpress System for non-catalog orders only. If you purchase legacy EMD Millipore products such as the Milli-Q systems, custom Milliplex/IPS or Lab Water items (including service), they will continue to be available through EMD Millipore and can be purchased as a non-catalog order. Please work with your Lab Water/IPS Specialists to obtain a quote for these products and attach to the non-catalog order form in the PantherExpress System.
