Effective July 11, 2025 at 9 a.m., purchases from BD Biosciences, a University-wide Contracted Supplier for scientific – medical supplies, must be placed using the new BD Biosciences punchout in the PantherExpress System. The BD Biosciences hosted catalog will be disabled and any hosted catalog orders must either be submitted before 8 a.m. on July 11th or will need to be submitted using the new punchout afterwards.
The new punchout will provide a more user-friendly and streamlined experience, providing up-to-date product information, pricing, availability, and discounts directly on the supplier’s punchout.

- The BD Biosciences punchout will be located in the Lab Supplies showcase on the Shopping dashboard of the PantherExpress System.
- Flow Cytometers and other large equipment orders will continue to be processed via the non-catalog or quote order forms in the PantherExpress System.
- BD Biosciences and Fisher Scientific continue to have a strong distribution relationship. As such, BD Biosciences products in the Fisher Scientific punchout will still be available.
- There have been recent changes with the BD Biosciences sales team for the reagents division and instrument division. Please note the updated contact information on the BD Biosciences contracted supplier page and reach out to them directly for assistance with products or quotes.
